Establish your complete baseline before a single variable is changed. Biometrics, bloodwork flags, lifestyle load, constraint map, eating patterns, training history, and sleep architecture. Success is defined in measurable terms, not adjectives. This is your Calibration Assessment Report.
Measure
Weekly data collection across every relevant variable. Bodyweight trends on a 7-day rolling average, waist measurements, training session quality, nutrition adherence percentage, sleep hours, step count, and biofeedback scores. Every data point serves a diagnostic purpose. No vanity metrics.

A full-system audit of your current state. Biometrics, bloodwork flags, lifestyle constraints, eating patterns, training history, sleep architecture. Delivered as a premium formatted report before Week 1 begins. This is your baseline document and the reference point for every decision made over the next 12 weeks.
02 — Nutrition
Custom Nutrition Protocol
Built around your actual food environment, not a theoretical clean-eating template. Calorie and protein targets, meal structure, eating-out rules for any cuisine, weekend deviation allowances, and IF/THEN adjustment triggers. Works whether you eat at a corporate canteen, a restaurant, or cook at home.
03 — Training
Training Program (4-Week Blocks)
Periodised resistance training designed for your equipment, schedule, and training age. Progressive overload is built in. Substitution tables for when equipment is unavailable. Fatigue management protocols so you don't accumulate debt that kills consistency in Week 6.

Weekly Check-In Analysis
Every week: you submit your data, I analyse it. Weight trends, adherence breakdown, training quality, biofeedback scores. You get a written analysis, a root cause diagnosis, and specific protocol adjustments within 24 hours. Not a template reply. An actual decision with reasoning attached.
05 — Support
WhatsApp Support (Weekdays)
Direct access. Response within 4 hours on weekdays. Not a community group chat. Not a support ticket system. One coach, one client, focused on your current protocol state. Questions answered with reasoning, not reassurance. Escalations handled fast.
06 — Bloodwork
Monthly Bloodwork Review
If you have labs, I review them in the context of your protocol. HbA1c, fasting insulin, lipids, thyroid, Vitamin D, ferritin, and testosterone for male clients. Flags are noted. Protocol adjustments are made where evidence supports it. Medical referrals recommended where necessary, without diagnosing.
07 — Quarterly
Re-Calibration Audit (Q Plan)
Every 12 weeks: full system reset. Review what worked, what didn't, and why. New baselines established. Protocol updated for the next quarter. The mechanism that prevents you from hitting a ceiling after the first three months of good results.

Monthly Progress Reports
Data-rich formatted reports showing your progress trajectory. Trend analysis, comparison against targets, protocol performance summary. Built to show your numbers accurately, not to make you feel good about a bad month. Honesty is a feature, not a problem.
Note
Maximum 5 new clients accepted per quarter. This is not a marketing constraint. It is a quality constraint. Weekly analysis per client takes 30 to 60 minutes of focused work. WhatsApp support requires real response quality. More than 5 new clients makes that impossible to sustain at the standard this protocol demands.

Calibrate was built by a coach who got tired of watching capable people run broken fitness systems. The methodology is DMAIC. The standard is precision. The clientele is professionals who operate at a high level and expect the same from their coach.
The Coach
I built Calibrate because I kept seeing the same pattern: smart, high-earning professionals who could optimise a product, run a P&L, or debug a distributed system, completely failing at their own health. Not from laziness. From the wrong system.
Every program they tried was built for someone with unlimited time, no travel, and the motivation of a 22-year-old athlete. None of it was built for someone working 10-hour days, eating at corporate canteens, and trying to stay consistent through a product launch.
The Calibration Protocol was built specifically for that person. Data in, protocol out. Deviation detected, adjustment made. No guesswork. No motivation speeches. I coach a maximum of 10 clients at any time, so every protocol is designed with the same attention a software architect gives a system design.
My clients are engineers, product managers, consultants, and founders worldwide. They come to me because they want to be coached by someone who thinks the way they do: in systems, feedback loops, and measurable outputs.

The Story Behind Calibrate
The Problem We Saw
The fitness industry sells motivation. Group programs. Cookie-cutter macros. "Lifestyle change" language built for people with no constraints. None of it accounts for 60-hour work weeks, variable schedules, business travel, or the psychological profile of a high-performing professional who already knows how to execute but is running the wrong program.
The Decision
Calibrate started as a coaching model built around one principle: treat body recomposition like an engineering problem. Define the goal precisely. Measure the inputs. Analyse the gaps. Build a protocol that fits the actual constraints of the client's life, not an imaginary version of it. Then control for variance every single week.
The Methodology

Every deviation triggers a protocol adjustment. No "it should be working" conversations. Numbers either confirm or contradict. We act on numbers.
Where We Are Now
Calibrate operates with a deliberately capped client roster. Maximum 10 clients at any time. No scale for scale's sake. Every client gets protocol-level attention, full bloodwork analysis, weekly check-in reviews, and a coach who has read every data point. The waiting list exists because the quality standard requires it.

Started coaching under GVN Fit

Applied Six Sigma's Define-Measure-Analyse-Improve-Control cycle formally to coaching. Bloodwork integration added. Protocol documentation started for every client.

How the team operates
All protocols are architected and reviewed by Guhayavarman. Trainer assignments are managed centrally based on client goals, tier, and trainer specialisation. You are working with a system, not a single individual. The protocol is the constant. Every client has one point of accountability: the Head Coach.
