I built Calibrate because I kept seeing the same pattern: smart, high-earning professionals who could optimise a product, run a P&L, or debug a distributed system, completely failing at their own health. Not from laziness. From the wrong system.

Every program they tried was built for someone with unlimited time, no travel, and the motivation of a 22-year-old athlete. None of it was built for someone working 10-hour days, eating at corporate canteens, and trying to stay consistent through a product launch.

The Calibration Protocol was built specifically for that person. Data in, protocol out. Deviation detected, adjustment made. No guesswork. No motivation speeches. I coach a maximum of 10 clients at any time, so every protocol is designed with the same attention a software architect gives a system design.

Started coaching under GVN Fit

Applied Six Sigma's Define-Measure-Analyse-Improve-Control cycle formally to coaching. Bloodwork integration added. Protocol documentation started for every client.

How is this different from hiring a regular personal trainer? +
A personal trainer is present during sessions and gives you exercises to do. The Calibration Protocol is a full system that covers nutrition, training, recovery, bloodwork, weekly data analysis, protocol adjustments, and exit planning. The coaching is continuous and data-driven, not session-based. You are not paying for Guhay's time. You are paying for the system and its outputs.
Do I need to be based in India? +
No. The protocol is fully online. All communication is via WhatsApp and email. Check-ins are submitted through a structured form. The nutrition protocols are built for Indian food environments including QSR, corporate canteens, and home cooking. Clients in Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi have been onboarded without any issues.
I work a demanding job. Can I actually follow this? +
Yes. This protocol was built specifically for people working 10-hour days. The nutrition system does not require meal prepping or cooking. The training programs are designed for 3 to 4 days per week with sessions under 60 minutes. The check-in format takes approximately 5 minutes per week. The protocol adapts to your constraints, not the other way around.
What results can I expect? +
The average client sees 6 to 10 kg of measurable fat loss across a 12-week protocol with full adherence. Results depend on your starting state, adherence percentage, and constraints. There is no guarantee of a specific outcome because physiology has variables outside both our control. What is guaranteed: every protocol adjustment will be data-driven and every decision will be explained. Zero clients have completed a full protocol without measurable changes.
What if I miss a week or go off-plan? +
Deviation is expected and built into the system. The protocol includes re-calibration triggers for when adherence drops. If you miss a check-in, a follow-up message goes out the same day. If a work trip or festival period disrupts the plan, the protocol is adjusted for that week. No guilt. No lectures. Data and a correction.
Why only 5 clients per quarter? +
Weekly check-in analysis for each client takes 30 to 60 minutes of focused work. WhatsApp support requires real-time response quality. More than 5 new clients per quarter means the analysis quality drops or response times increase. Neither is acceptable at this price point. The cap is a quality constraint, not a marketing tactic.
Is there a refund if it doesn't work? +
There is no refund policy after the assessment report is delivered and Week 1 begins. The work invested in your baseline analysis, custom protocols, and first check-in analysis is not recoverable. This is why there is an application process and a 20-minute diagnostic call before onboarding. If the fit is not right, that gets identified before payment. After it begins, the commitment is mutual.
